Keshi Anderson signs for the Pool having recently gained promotion to League One with Swindon Town.
Blackpool have confirmed our first signing under Neil Critchley in exciting forward Keshi Anderson.
Anderson was snapped up by Ben Mansford and the recruitment team after his contract ran out at Swindon, acting quickly after the expiry of his contract this summer. He is no stranger to playing attractive football, having played under former Pool captain Richie Wellens, who we know likes to play fluid, attacking football. At 25, we will be hoping and expecting to get the best years out of Keshi who had his most successful season so far, bagging 11 goals for Swindon.
Where will he fit in?
Under Critchley’s attacking style of play, we can expect Anderson to make up a front three, or possibly at the top of a diamond midfield. He and Kaikai are likely to be interchangeable in connecting midfield with attack. With a requirement to further improve the strike force, maybe Anderson’s former teammate Jerry Yates could be next?
